1. General Conditions

• Out of the Box Advertising Spaces W.L.L (the “Organizer”), Exhibition World Bahrain, and PlatinumList accept no responsibility for any incidents or consequences arising from fear, anxiety, or distress experienced during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
• By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and agree to release Horror Fest Bahrain, Out of the Box (the Organizer”), Exhibition World Bahrain, and PlatinumList from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event.

2. Admission and Behavior

• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual and to remove any attendee for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or contrary to the spirit of the event.
• All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, actors, and event staff. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Attendees are strictly prohibited from touching or physically interacting with actors or event staff during the festival. This includes any form of physical contact or verbal abuse.

3. Personal Belongings

• The Organizer is not responsible for any personal belongings that may be lost or stolen during the event.

4. Ticket Information

• Tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once a ticket is purchased, except as described under “Event changes or cancellations.”
• Ticket/entry charges are subject to change at the Organizer’s discretion.
• Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

5. Event Changes or Cancellations

• In the event the Organizer cancels, postpones, or changes the date of the event, ticket refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the ticket purchaser's e-wallet or original payment method as determined by the ticket provider.

6. Ticket Holder Responsibility

• It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to verify the event date, time, venue (Hall 5, Exhibition World Bahrain), and any applicable age policy.
• Early arrival is recommended. Late arrivals may be denied entry at the Organizer’s discretion without refund or compensation.
• Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

7. Security and Prohibited Items

• All attendees and their belongings are subject to security checks upon entry. Prohibited or dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item deemed a risk to public safety, or the venue may be removed without notice.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the festival venue.

8. Media and Recording

• By entering the venue, ticket holders’ consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. Such materials may be used in print, digital, and online media by the Organizer.
• Recording is not allowed inside haunted houses. Attendees may only take pictures at designated photo booths and stage performances. Individuals who found recording or taking pictures inside the houses will be asked to leave.
• Attendees may take photographs and videos during the event, but permission must be obtained from any actor or event staff before capturing their image. Not all actors may consent to being photographed.

9. Special Needs Policy

• Individuals with disabilities are eligible for free entry, but the accompanying person must have a valid ticket. An individual with a disability should present a valid disability card.

10. Safety and Security

• For your safety, please adhere to all instructions given by event staff. Emergency exits and safety protocols will be clearly marked; follow them at all times.

11. Agreement to Terms

• By entering the event premises, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

By car: Take Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway and merge onto Al Fateh Highway. Then, take Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Highway and follow the signs for Exhibition Avenue until you reach your destination.
