Future of Work HR Conference

• Date & Time: November 26, 2025, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Venue: Ambassador Hall, InterContinental Hotel, Manama, Bahrain
• Intended Audience: CHROs, HR Directors, People & Culture leads, Talent decision-makers, and other senior HR professionals.

• There is a BD 10 registration fee.
• Your spot is confirmed once we’ve received your registration and payment.

• If you cancel before 25/11/2025, you will receive a partial refund of 60% of the ticket price.
• No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, make sure to let us know in writing.
• Transferring your ticket: You may transfer your registration to another person (subject to Organizer’s approval and any fee) if done with enough notice.

• We reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule the Conference if needed.
• In case of cancellation by us, we’ll either refund your registration fee in full or give you credit for a future edition.
• We’re not liable for your travel or hotel costs.

• By registering, you consent to us collecting and using your personal data (e.g., name, email, company) for Conference purposes.
• We may share your information with sponsors or partners, but only in ways that support the Conference (like networking).
• We are committed to handling your data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

• We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and professionally.
• Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• If someone violates our code of conduct, we may remove them from the event without refund.

• All material shared at the Conference (presentations, slides, documents) remains the property of the authors or the Organizer.
• We will record sessions (audio/visual) for future use. You agree that these recordings might be used for promotion or educational purposes.

• Your participation is at your own risk.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your property.
• We don’t guarantee that third-party services (venue, internet, AV) will always work perfectly.

• If we can’t run the Conference due to events outside our control (natural disasters, government action, etc.), we’re allowed to cancel, postpone, or change the venue.
• We’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with you on next steps.

• We may update or change these Terms at any time.
• Any changes will be posted on the Conference website. Continued registration or attendance means you accept the updated Terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to the Conference, registration, participation, or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.ese Terms are governed by Bahrain Law.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northeast on Salmaniya Avenue, continuing onto Palace Avenue, turning toward and onto Government Avenue (شارع الحكومة), then following Al Fardah Avenue and Road No. 1507 through the roundabout. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take buses 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 22, 41, 42, 43, 45, A1, B1, X12, or X22 to the Manama Post Office bus stop, followed by a three-minute walk.
