After years on the road, we’re coming home. This marks our first public gathering in Bahrain since 2019.

Guided by heritage and shaped by our journey, we return to a special place and a familiar feeling.

1) Tickets & Entry
1. Tickets are valid for one-time entry only unless otherwise stated.
2. Each ticket must be presented at entry (QR/e-ticket or printed ticket). Tickets may be checked/scanned again inside the venue.
3. No resale for profit or unauthorised distribution. Tickets obtained through unauthorised sources may be cancelled without refund.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who breaches these terms, venue rules, or Bahrain laws.

2) Age Policy
1. The event is open to all from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
2. From 6:00 PM onwards, entry is strictly 18+. Underage individuals must leave the venue before 6:00 PM.
3. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required. If you cannot provide valid ID when requested, you may be refused entry (no refund).

3) Security, Safety & Conduct
1. Security checks may be carried out at entry (and re-entry if applicable).
2. Prohibited items include: weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, glass containers, drones, laser pointers, and any item that may endanger others.
3. The Organiser may implement crowd management measures (including queue controls, capacity limits, and restricted areas) for safety.

4) Schedule, Line-up & Event Changes
1. The Organiser may make reasonable changes to the schedule, set times, and/or artist line-up due to operational or safety requirements.
2. The Organiser may change the venue layout or viewing arrangements where necessary.

5) Refunds

1. Tickets are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the event is cancelled.
2. If the event is postponed, your ticket may remain valid for the rescheduled date; if you cannot attend the rescheduled date, the Organiser will communicate available options (if any).
3. Where refunds are approved, processing times and any applicable ticketing/processing fees may apply.

6) Photography, Filming & Recordings
1. The event may be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending, you consent to your image/likeness being used in event-related marketing and documentation, without additional compensation.
2. Personal phones are permitted. Professional recording equipment requires prior written approval from the Organiser.

7) Accessibility
1. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs where possible. Please contact the Organiser in advance for arrangements.

8) Liability
1. Attendance is at your own risk. The Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
2. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9) Data & Communications
Ticket purchasers’ personal data will be processed by the ticketing provider and/or Organiser in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their respective privacy policies. Event updates may be sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp where consent has been provided.

10) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Bahrain.
