Devdas – The Musical in Bahrain

• To avoid any disturbance, latecomers will only be admitted during designated intervals.

• All attendees are kindly requested to adhere to the Public Decency Regulations.
• The age limit is 6 and above.
• All adults must hold a valid ticket to enter.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• No recording: Photographym filming or audio recording is not permitted during the performance without prior written approval from the production.
• Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible seating is available - contact Platinumlist to arrange.
• Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium. This applies before the show, during the show and the intermission. Doors open no earlier than 45 minutes before showtime.

1. Acceptance of terms:

• Attendees agree that they may be photographed or recorded during the event.

• By attending, they grant the organizing entity the right to use these photos or audio/video recordings in promotional, marketing, or media materials related to the event, including on social media platforms, without the need for any additional notice or compensation.

• Purchasing a ticket means accepting these terms and conditions.

2. Buy tickets:

• Tickets may be subject to additional fees, taxes or fees.

3. Refund Policy:

• No refunds are allowed.

• Changing times is not allowed.

• The ticket is only valid for the specific date, time and event shown.

4. Event changes or cancellations:

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or cancel the event.

• If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be given in accordance with the refund policy.

5. Possibility of transferring tickets:

• Tickets are transferable.

6. Entry requirements: 

• Attendees must adhere to age restrictions and any other entry requirements determined by the organizer.

• Attendees may be asked to provide proof of identification or proof of purchase for entry.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Attendees must adhere to the event and the rules of conduct.

• Reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

8. Liability and Disclaimer:

• Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organizer does not bear responsibility for any accidents or injuries

• By attending, attendees waive any claims against the event organizers.

9. Lost or stolen tickets:

• The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Force Majeure:

• The organizer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.

• In such cases, the event organizers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Compliance with laws:

• Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

12. The organizing party is not responsible for personal items lost during the event.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

By car: The Bahrain National Theatre is accessible via the Sheikh Hamad Causeway.  

By public transportation: Take the M1 (Circular) bus to the Bahrain National Museum and take a short walk from there.  

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination via taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
