The bar tenders.
I felt cheated on almost all the drinks as the drink being poured were all half.
Upon enquiry - they said there was no light so they could not see how much was being poured.
SAD! - but almost all the shots I watched going out of the counter were almost all deliberately poured less. CHEATS
