Terms and Conditions for Comfest Bahrain

1.     General Information

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all participants, exhibitors, and attendees of Comfest Bahrain (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”). 1.2. By participating in the Event, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2.     Registration and Tickets

2.1. All attendees must register and purchase tickets through the official Event website. 2.2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2.3. Attendees must present a valid ticket and ID upon entry.

3.     Code of Conduct

3.1. All participants must behave respectfully towards others. 3.2. Harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. 3.3. Attendees must follow the instructions of Event staff and security personnel.

4.     Cosplay and Costumes

4.1. Cosplay is encouraged, but costumes must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. 4.2. Weapons and props must be inspected and approved by Event security. 4.3. The Event is not responsible for any damage or loss of costumes and props.

5.     Liability and Safety

5.1. The Event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property. 5.2. Attendees participate at their own risk. 5.3. Emergency procedures and exits will be clearly marked and must be followed.

6.     Photography and Media

6.1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. 6.2. The Event organizers may use photographs and recordings for promotional purposes.

7.     Intellectual Property

7.1. All content displayed at the Event is the property of the respective creators and exhibitors. 7.2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited.

8.     Amendments

8.1. The Event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 8.2. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the official Event website.

9.     Force Majeure

9.1. Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or other emergencies.

10. Transfer of Tickets

10.1. Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is on the ticket. 10.2. Any attempt to transfer or sell tickets will result in the cancellation of the ticket without a refund.

11. Cancellation by Event Organizers

11.1. The Event organizers reserve the right to cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies. 11.2. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, visitors will receive a full refund of their ticket price. 11.3. The Event organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by visitors, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
