• There will be no food and beverage stalls or food trucks at the event.
• However, guests will be able to enjoy a full buffet available at the venue, offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes.

• Entry is strictly for guests aged 18 years and above. Valid ID may be required at the entrance.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone underage or acting inappropriately.

• Shishah and smoking are allowed in designated areas. Please respect non-smoking zones and hotel policies.
• Disorderly, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the venue without refund.
• No illegal substances or outside food and drink are permitted inside the event.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your ticket safe.

• By attending, you consent to photography, video recording, and media coverage which may be used for promotional purposes by Almuqahwi Event.

• Almuqahwi Event and the venue will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event.
• Attendees enter and participate at their own risk.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading southwest on King Faisal Highway, keeping left to stay on it, slightly turning toward Al-Seef District, merging onto Salah Aldeen Alayoobi Avenue, turning onto Naser Bin Jabur Al-Jabur Avenue, and continuing along Road 4650 and Road 4654 before reaching the final roundabout where the destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: You can easily reach your destination by taking buses 23, 23S, 41, A2, or X2 to the City Centre Bahrain bus stop, followed by a 10-minute walk.
