Bahrain Coffee Festival is a curated experience B2C and B2B, featuring workshops, live brews, competitions, and immersive activations.

It aims to engage the community, inviting coffee lovers, families, and the public to dive into the diverse of coffee, spotlight local and international brands.

The festival is open to all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Certain tasting and workshop areas may have age recommendations (12+).

Bahrain Coffee Festival Terms & Conditions

1. General Information:

The Bahrain Coffee Festival is organized by DXB Live – Dubai World Trade Centre and will take place at Exhibition World Bahrain from 9–13 December 2025.
By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, visitors agree to abide by all festival terms and conditions.

2. Tickets & Admissions:

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) at the entrance for validation.
Early Bird, Regular, and VIP tickets provide different levels of access as described on the ticketing platform.
Each ticket is valid for the specified number of days (1, 3, or 5 days).
The organizer reserves the right to verify ticket authenticity. Invalid or duplicate tickets will not be accepted.

3. Age Policy:

The festival is open to all ages.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Certain zones (such as VIP Coffee Lounge, Mocktail Corner) are restricted to 18+ visitors.
Caffeine tasting areas may have age recommendations (16+).

4. Conduct & Safety:

Visitors must follow all instructions from festival staff and security personnel.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving inappropriately or endangering others.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Pets are not permitted, except certified service animals.

5. Photography & Media:

By entering the festival, visitors grant the organizer permission to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
Professional photography or videography requires prior approval.

6. Event Modifications:

The organizer reserves the right to change event schedules, features, or exhibitors without prior notice.
In case of force majeure (e.g., weather, government regulation, safety concerns), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Ticket policies will follow applicable regulations.

7. Liability:

The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage occurring during the event.
Visitors attend the festival at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the Exhibition World from anywhere in Manama. It's a famous destination, and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
