Eligibility and Registration
All participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information. Participants must meet the age, fitness, and health criteria set by the academy.  

Training Attendance
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, matches, and academy events unless prior notice is provided. Failure to attend without valid reasons may result in penalties or removal from the academy.  

Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to the academy’s code of conduct, which includes respect for coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, and equipment. Misbehavior or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.  

Health and Safety
All participants must notify the academy of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. The academy reserves the right to deny participation if it believes the participant’s health may be compromised.  

Liability Waiver
The academy is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during training sessions, matches, or academy-related events. Participants take part at their own risk.  

Fee Payments
Participants are required to pay all academy fees in full and on time. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination from the academy.  

Termination of Enrollment
The academy reserves the right to terminate any participant’s enrollment due to repeated misconduct, failure to adhere to the academy’s rules, or non-payment of fees.  

Media Consent
Participants and their guardians grant the academy permission to use photos, videos, or other media of the participant for promotional and training purposes.  

Equipment and Uniforms
Participants must wear appropriate training gear and uniforms as required by the academy. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their gear is in good condition.  

Cancellation Policy
The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions, matches, or events due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions unless the academy fails to provide a minimum number of scheduled events.
