1. Event Admission

• Entry is valid only with a confirmed registration or ticket issued by the event organizer.

• The ticket/admission pass is non-transferable and non-refundable except in case of event cancellation by the organizer.

• All attendees must carry valid identification and proof of registration at the venue entrance.

• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards artists, fellow attendees, and event staff.

• Any form of disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

• Attendees must adhere to the cultural and legal norms of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including performance timings, artist line-up, or venue arrangements without prior notice.

• No refunds will be issued for changes in the program.

• Professional cameras and video equipment are not allowed unless pre-approved by the organizer.

• The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in such content.

• Attendees are encouraged to dress modestly and respectfully in accordance with local customs and the spiritual nature of the event.

• Alcohol, illegal substances, sharp objects, and flammable materials are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Outside food and beverages may not be permitted unless specified.

• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

• Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, and possessions.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Specific sessions or zones may be restricted to 18+ based on content or space limitations.

• In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer's control (e.g., weather, political unrest, natural calamities, public health emergencies), the event may be postponed or cancelled without liability.

• In case of postponement, tickets will be valid for the new date.

• All attendees must comply with any health protocols or safety regulations issued by the local authorities or the venue management at the time of the event.

• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual not complying with these terms or who poses a risk to the event’s integrity.
