Tickets Terms & Conditions:

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable..
• On entry, customers may display a valid photo identification document (original national ID, driving license, or passport) matching the name on the debit/credit card used for purchase.
• Online ticket resale is prohibited. Tickets purchased via resellers like Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, or Dubizzle are invalid and entry will be declined.
• Customers must ensure they meet the required age to enter the event.
• Customers must abide by any dress code set by the Event Organizer.
• Platinumlist is not liable to refund tickets if entry is declined by the Event Organizer for any reason.
• Customers are responsible for attending the event at the correct time; non-attended events will not be refunded.
• Platinumlist accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal property, injuries, or losses sustained at the event.
• Platinumlist will not be responsible for lost or damaged tickets.
• Exchanging of seats, tickets, or categories is not allowed—one person per ticket.
• The ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused for multiple events.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry allowed.
• The event artist lineup is subject to change at any time.
• Third-Party Ticket resale is strictly prohibited; tickets purchased by ticket resellers will be canceled and not refunded.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading on Shaikh Isa Avenue, turning onto Osama Bin Zaid Avenue, Bani Otbah Avenue, and Road No 3801, then following Yousif Ahmed Al Shirawi Avenue and Road No 3825 to reach the destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: for the shortest walk, take buses 43 or 45 to the Adliya Post Office-2 bus stop, followed by a four-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
