Festival City 2023

1. General Terms:

A. These terms and conditions apply to all individuals attending Festival City.
B. By purchasing the entry ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Ticket Validity:

A. Each entry ticket is valid for a single entry to the festival on the specified date.
B. Tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
C. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

3. Ticket Purchase:

A. Tickets may have a limited availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
B. Proof of purchase may be required for entry.

4. Age Restrictions:

A. Children under three years old may be admitted free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
B. Certain event areas or activities may have age and height restrictions or require parental consent.

5. Entry Regulations:

A. Prohibited items include but are not limited to weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, and any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the event organizer.
B. The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual who violates these regulations.
C. The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

6. Photography and Filming:

A. By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience.
B. The event organizer reserves the right to use any such media for promotional or commercial purposes without further consent or compensation.

7. Code of Conduct:

A. All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respect other participants, event staff, performers, and the event venue.
B. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

8. Risk Games:

A. The festival may include certain games or activities that involve physical exertion, skill, or potential risks.
B. Participants must assess their own abilities and physical condition before participating in any game and should refrain from participating if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
C. Participants are responsible for understanding and following all safety instructions provided by game operators or event staff.
E. The Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses incurred while participating in games.
F. Participants are advised to use caution, exercise good judgment, and play within their physical limitations
