Flamingo Pool Party at Palavra Resort

1.   Eligibility

• All attendees must be 21 years.
• Guests must have the party ticket.

2.    Liability Waiver

• All attendees must sign a liability waiver before entering the pool area. By attending, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with swimming and agree not to hold the host liable for any accidents or injuries.
  
  

3.   Safety Rules

• No diving or jumping into the pool.
• No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
• Lifeguard services will not be provided; swim at your own risk.
• Any medical conditions should be reported to the lifeguard before entering the pool
• Non-swimmers and weak swimmers should be identified to the lifeguards.

4.    Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

5.    Food and Beverages

• No food and beverage are allowed from outside
  
  

6.    Amendments

• The host reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to attendees.

• Photography and filming may require prior permission, and a photography permit might need to be completed.
  
  

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

By attending the pool party, you agree to these terms and conditions.

By car: You can use navigation apps to get clear directions to reach the venue in the fastest way possible if you prefer to travel via a personal vehicle.

By taxi: You can take a taxi to reach the venue with ease if you don't prefer using a personal vehicle as they are widely available in the city.
