• Reservation prices and ticket prices include tax, unless otherwise specified.
• All incidental expenses, gratuities, registrations, fees or charges, and other expenses, including, but not limited to, food, beverage, and merchandise, are the sole responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must arrive by the time specified on the reservation or ticket for guaranteed entry.
• Guest must bring a printed or digital copy of the reservation confirmation with scanable ticket(s), valid photo ID, and the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s). Cash will also be accepted.
• Guests must be of legal drinking age with a valid government-issued ID to be presented at the door.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
• Artists, programming and other event details are subject to change without notice.
• All Ticket(s) / Table sales are final.
• Organiser reserves the right to deny access to the venue due to capacity restrictions.
• Appropriate dress is required and strictly enforced.
• Disregard or violation of these Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate ticket(s) purchased, and the guest will not receive a refund of any kind.
• The Event Organisers reserves all rights, including, without limitation, the right to cancel, suspend or modify the event at its sole discretion.
• This offer is subject to all applicable state and local laws and regulations.
• Tickets are non-refundable in all cases, including governmental acts and acts of God. The event organiser may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to either (a) postpone the event for a future date and/or (b) offer the Purchaser a comparable ‘make good.’

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading southeast on Bani Otbah Avenue toward Shaikh Daij Avenue, continuing straight onto Awal Avenue, turning left toward Road No. 2411, merging onto it, then turning left onto Avenue 22, and turning left again with the destination appearing on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take buses 41 or 42 to the Road 2414-2/Juffair bus stop, followed by a nine-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
