The Confidence Room at The Raven’s Nest, Bahrain

• Ticket Validity: This ticket is valid only for The Confidence Room session specified on the ticket. Tickets must not be resold, exchanged, or transferred unless otherwise approved by the organizer.  
  
  
• Age Restriction: Attendees must meet any minimum age requirement specified for the session. If no age is stated, parental guidance is recommended for younger participants.  
  
  
• Entry & Attendance: Please arrive on time. Late entry may be restricted once the session has started to avoid disruption.
   
• Seating & Participation: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified. Participation in exercises, discussions, or activities during the session is voluntary.  
  
  
• Recording: Audio and video recording of the session content is strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted by the organizer.  
  
  
• Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward the facilitator, staff, venue team, and fellow participants. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without a refund.  
  
  
• Session Materials: Any materials, notes, handouts, or resources provided during the session are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or sold without permission.  
  
  
• Cancellation & Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer. If the session is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified regarding available options.  
  
  
• Photography & Videography Consent: Please note that photographs or video footage may be captured during The Confidence Room for promotional or social media use. If you do not wish to be photographed or appear in video content, please inform the facilitator before or during the session.  
  
  
• Liability: Attendees participate at their own discretion. The Confidence Room and the venue are not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
