1. Ticket Purchase: Tickets for this event can only be purchased through our official ticketing platform, PlatinumList. Tickets purchased through any other website or platform are not valid and the event organizer is not responsible for any issues that may arise from such unauthorized purchases. Tickets will be delivered electronically (e-tickets) and no physical tickets will be mailed.  

2. Ticket Validity: Tickets are only valid for the specific event, date, and seat location indicated on the ticket. The seat may not be changed Tickets cannot be resold or transferred without authorization from the event organizer.  

3. Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except in the case of a cancelled or rescheduled event.  

4. Age Restrictions: This event has an age restriction of 21+ years and above. Attendees may be required to show valid identification at the venue to verify their age before entry is permitted.  

5. Venue Policies: Attendees must comply with all venue policies, including prohibited items, safety inspections, and code of conduct. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who do not comply.  

6. Photography and Recording: No professional photography, audio, or video recording is permitted without prior authorization from the event organizer.  

7. Dress Code: Attendees are expected to dress in smart casual or formal attire for this event. Admission may be denied to those not adhering to the dress code at the sole discretion of the event organizer.  

8. Food and Beverages: Food and beverages are only permitted if purchased within the event venue. Bringing any outside food, beverages, or catering is strictly prohibited. The event organizer reserves the right to confiscate or deny entry to attendees attempting to bring unauthorized food and drinks.  

9. Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted in designated areas.  

10. Assumption of Risk: By attending the event, the ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including (but not limited to) the risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property.  

11. Limitations of Liability: The event organizer is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the event or ticket purchase, Likewise, personal lost items are the responsibility of the person alone, without any responsibility on the organizer.  

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Kingdom of Bahrain.
