• The event is open to participants of all ages. However, minors (below 18 years) must be accompanied by a guardian.
• All members above 10 years of age needs to get a valid pass for entry to the venue. 
• Participation is only valid through official ticket purchases. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Participants must ensure they are physically fit to take part in the run. The organizers are not responsible for any health issues arising due to participation.
• Basic first aid will be available at the venue. In case of medical emergencies, participants will be assisted to the nearest medical facility at their own cost.
• The organizers, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained during the event.
• The event will take place regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by authorities.
• Participants must adhere to proper behavior throughout the event.
• The event will be recorded, and by participating, attendees grant permission for their photos/videos to be used in promotions

By car: There are several ways to reach your destination. Start by driving along Naser Bin Jabur Al-Jabur Avenue/Road No. 2819. Then, turn right onto Highway 68 and continue driving. After that, make a left turn when prompted, and finally, take a right turn at the next junction or road. GPS navigation is highly advised. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
