Orientalism featuring AAYA & Moussa

Alto proudly presents Orientalism, featuring and for the first time all the way from Canada guest dj & producer AAYA alongside our own dj Moussa.

Yet another musical journey through oriental soundscapes! This one is for the records,,


Aaya started his career in music as a DJ playing at numerous festivals and night clubs around the world, including a residency in his hometown, Montreal.
Currently, Aaya is lecturing at the highly reputable SAE Institute in Dubai, while running his own acoustics business.

Producing music was a natural progression and since 1998, Aaya has been tailoring his live act, creating a recognizable and unique sound combining elements ranging from House, Ambient, Oriental to Psychedelic Tribal.

Our resident DJ Moussa plays his exclusive sets only at Alto, varying from minimalist downtempo electronic sounds, to heavy techno beats that are influenced & accented by oriental grooves.



Timings: from 8PM till 2AM
Entrance is free before 10PM, tickets cost BD10 for gents after 10PM.
Ladies can enjoy free entry all night long.
