Individual ticket holders may be seated together at shared tables.

Tickets are non-refundable non changeable and non-transferable.

Online ticket resale is allowed on Platinumlist platforms only. If the ticket is bought via other reseller platforms it is considered invalid, entry to the event will be declined.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be of the correct age required to enter the event.
It is customers responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the Event Organisers.
If the customer is declined entry by the Event Organiser for any reason Platinumlist is not liable to refund the tickets.

Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinum List.
Platinumlist accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury or any losses sustained at the event.

Exchanging of seats / tickets or categories is not allowed. One person per ticket.
The ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused across multiple events.
Event Organiser has the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry allowed.
Event artist lineup is subject to change at any time.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading southwest toward Zallaq Highway, merging onto Zallaq Hwy, turning left onto Gulf of Bahrain Road, then continuing straight through a series of turns. The destination will be on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
