Welcome to Sama Bay 

We love our beach and strive to keep it a safe, clean, and family friendly environment for everyone to enjoy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following rules, regulations and helpful reminders.

• The beach operating hours are from 9:00am to 9:00pm daily.

• The swimming hours are from 9:00 am to sunset only.

• The Lifeguards are on-duty during the Beach swimming hours.

• Every adult over the age of 12 years old will receive a fully redeemable credit voucher for equivalent amount of BD2

• Credit vouchers can be redeemed at multiple products and services in the property, such as F&B, water activities, or retail.

• Vouchers are valid exclusively on the specified date and time of visit.

• Vouchers are fully redeemable and non-refundable.
  
  

• Use of the beach, its facilities, and swimming is at your own risk.

• Please dress appropriate wear and apparel for the beach. 

• Visitors must respect public decency and attend in modes clothing that does not offend public decency

• Please adhere to general good manners and refrain from dangerous activities that are hazardous and cause inconvenience to others.

• For the comfort and privacy of other guests, video cameras and personal music players are not to be used around the public area.

• Please do not leave your belongings unattended. No liability will be accepted for loss of property, theft, or damage of any items.

• The Management is not responsible nor has any liability for any loss, injuries or worse caused as a result of using the facilities. The use of the beach and other common area facilities will be at your own risk.

• Visitors must abide the health and safety rules and follow the instructions of the project management team.

The project management team has the right to prevent entry or expulsion of any visitor who commits a behavior that according to the team’s judgement is considered contrary to the law and public morals without refunding the price of the ticket nor replacing it with another ticket.

Prohibited Activities

• For your safety swimming after sunset or during hazardous water conditions is prohibited.

• Swimming prohibited when the RED flag is hoisted at the beach.

• Please be careful when near the rocks.

• Climbing on groynes/rocks or the beach barrier is prohibited

• Please keep the beach clean.

• Unaccompanied children below 12 years of age will not be permitted entry. All children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian.

The following are Prohibit on the beach or anywhere on the property:

• Alcoholic beverages

• Smoking Shisha

• Animals (including pets)

• Camping gear

• Cooking /open fires/barbeque

• Vandalism

• Advertising/selling (without the prior written permission of the management)

Legal action will be taken for not complying with the above instructions.
