• Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes.
• Cosplay is welcome; however, real weapons and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
• Vendors are responsible for the security and management of their own products and displays.
• Event schedules, guests, activities, and tournament formats are subject to change without prior notice.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northeast on Salmaniya Avenue, continuing onto Palace Avenue, turning toward and onto Government Avenue (شارع الحكومة), then following Al Fardah Avenue and Road No. 1507 through the roundabout. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take buses 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 22, 41, 42, 43, 45, A1, B1, X12, or X22 to the Manama Post Office bus stop, followed by a three-minute walk.
