Tickets are non refundable non changeable and non transferable.
On entry customer must display a valid photo identification document such as original national ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit / credit card that was used for purchase.
Online ticket resale is allowed on PlatinumList platforms only. If the ticket is bought via other reseller platforms it is considered invalid, entry to the event will be declined.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be of the correct age required to enter the event.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination including heading east on Airport Avenue, turning right onto Khalifa Al Khabeer Highway, turning left, taking the 1st exit at the roundabout, then turning right three times before turning left. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk to your destination, take buses 10, 11, A1, or A2 to the Bahrain International Airport bus stop, followed by a 16-minute walk.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
